Jean Frye Sidwell
Vocalist Extraordinaire

With her rich contralto voice and smooth, soulful phrasing, Jean is truly a jazz singer's jazz singer. The consummate performer, she beams with honesty and passion, delivering silky nuances and vocal shadings that devastate even the most sophisticated music lovers. A native of Southern California, Jean has appeared in hundreds of venues mostly in the Los Angeles and Orange County areas, and on numerous recording projects as featured vocalist. Her professional singing career has spanned 25 years and has included Jazz, Folk, Pop and Rhythm & Blues styles. She has found her niche in Jazz and a passion for classic songs. Her dramatic vocal expression renders new shape and meaning to some of our most beloved songwriting treasures, be it Gershwin, Duke Ellington or Jobim. The overwhelming success of Jean's two CD's, "Tenderly" and "Look of Love", have been a dream come true for her. Jean is also an integral part of the Marketing and Creative Development aspects of Pacific Coast Music.

Chris Sidwell
Bassist, Composer, Producer and Performer

Born and raised in Indiana, Chris began his professional music career at the tender age of 15. His main instruments are Acoustic/Electric Bass and Guitar but he is also an accomplished vocalist and performer. An extremely talented musician, Chris earned many awards while receiving his music education. He followed that with a tour of the southern United States developing his talents as a featured musician, performer and vocalist appearing with first rate bands in hundreds of top notch venues. Chris eventually settled in Los Angeles, he then began to perfect his songwriting, producing, recording and promotional talents. He brings his 25+ years of experience, musical talents and accomplishments to Pacific Coast Music as the driving force of Marketing and Creative Development.

Mark Maxwell
Saxophonist, Composer, Producer/Engineer

Pacific Coast Music is honored to present Mark Maxwell as a featured artist. Primarily a Saxophonist, including alto, tenor and soprano saxophones, Mark also plays flute, alto flute, wood flutes, EWI (Electronic Wind Instrument) various Keyboards, Latin Percussion and ethnic instruments including Digeridoo, Bullroarer and assorted bells, whistles and native drums. Born and raised in Indiana, Mark's professional career began shortly after high school--by the way--he and Chris attended the same high school. Eventually Mark relocated to Southern California and continued to play music, exploring many different avenues. He soon realized and developed his talents as a composer, producer, engineer... the rest is history! Mark Maxwell is a gifted artist and entrepreneur.

Kevin Winard
Percussionist

Kevin Winard has toured/recorded with Sergio Mendes, Paul Anka, The Captain & Tennille, Luis Munoz and David Hallyday. Kevin has performed with symphonies nationwide, touring with Jack Jones, Toni Tennille and Doc Severinsen. He can be heard on the CBS animated series The MASK and Concord Jazz Artist Matt Catingub's new release, featuring notable guest artists Rosemary Clooney, Michael Feinstein, John Pizzarelli and Louis Bellson.

Tony Campodonico
Keyboardist

Tony's professional career as composer, keyboardist, arranger and conductor spans almost 20 years and includes stints with Engelber Humperdinck, Al Martino, Tony Martin and Ernie Andrews. He has traveled extensively throughout Europe as a performer and been part of the live music and studio scene in Los Angeles performing as a leader and sideman in all styles of music.

Sanjay Divecha
Guitartist

Sanjay has crossed many borders, both physical and cultural, in pursuit of his vision - a vision of a world community, expressed through music. A native of Bombay, India, Sanjay was surrounded at home by both Indian and Western classical music, British rock and Indian movie scores. In 1987 he moved to Los Angeles to study at the Musicians Institute. He graduated from MI in March 1989 with honors. At his stay in MI, Sanjay had the opportunity to study with Scott Henderson, Joe Diorio, and Frank Gambale. Sanjay is a well sought after studio guitarist currently residing in Los Angeles, California.

Riner Scivally
Guitartist

Riner graduated from Occidental College in 1973. He obtained a Masters Degree in Music from USC in 1994. Riner is a highly sought after Los Angeles studio musician. Along with his studio work, Riner is enjoying teaching at Occidental and Pasadena City College.
